Google has officially launched its latest lineup, unveiling the Pixel 10 series, Pixel Watch 4, and the Pixel Buds 2a. Additionally, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 now come in an attractive new Moonstone color option.
Beginning with the standard Pixel 10 model, the device sees a notable camera enhancement this year. Google has introduced a 5x telephoto lens to the Pixel 10, making it stand out as the only smartphone in its category to feature this capability. That said, all three rear cameras now use smaller sensors, with a 48MP primary and a 13MP ultrawide lens. Despite these changes, Google is leveraging its in-house Tensor G5 chipset and image signal processor, which is expected to significantly improve image quality and processing.
The Pixel 10 maintains its 6.3-inch display size but gains a substantial boost in brightness—achieving 2,000 nits for HDR content and peaking at 3,000 nits—ensuring excellent visibility even in bright conditions.
For storage, the base model still starts at 128GB, but Google has expanded options by including a larger 512GB variant in the lineup.

Google Pixel 10 Pro Introduces 100x Pro Res Zoom
The Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL set themselves apart from the standard version with several exclusive features, most notably the addition of 100x Pro Res Zoom. This advanced zoom function enables users to get incredibly close to their subjects—allowing up to 100x zoom directly within the camera app before snapping a picture.
This year, the camera hardware on both Pro models remains unchanged, featuring a 50MP main lens, a 48MP ultrawide, and a 48MP telephoto sensor. One exciting addition for the Pixel 10 lineup is "Camera Coach," a new Gemini-powered tool now debuting in preview. Camera Coach provides real-time guidance to help users compose and capture better photographs, leveraging AI support.
As for performance, both Pro models are equipped with Google's latest Tensor G5 processor, paired with 16GB of RAM and storage configurations of up to 1TB. The Pixel 10 Pro starts at 128GB storage, while the Pro XL model begins with a base capacity of 256GB.
Pixel 10 Pro Fold: Larger Battery and Refined Design
While many competing foldables are slimming down, Google has gone in the opposite direction with the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, opting for a slightly thicker build this year. Unfolded, the device now measures 5.2mm—just a hair thicker than last year’s 5.1mm model. The reason for this design choice is clear: the Pixel 10 Pro Fold now houses a substantial 5,015mAh battery, making it the largest battery in any foldable available in the US, and the biggest non-silicon carbon battery in its class.
Google is also introducing PixelSnap to both the Pixel 10 Pro Fold and the entire Pixel 10 range, marking the first time strong integrated magnets are standard on an Android phone. These new magnets feel robust, as observed during hands-on previews before launch.
Looking at the hardware, the most notable changes are at the front of the device. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold now features a redesigned, smaller hinge and slimmer bezels, resulting in a 6.4-inch cover display—managing to reduce the size of the phone by a fraction of a millimeter compared to its predecessor. Inside, the device maintains its 8-inch folding screen, just slightly smaller than Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7.
Larger front display. Bigger battery. Better camera. IP68 dust and water protection. And impressive AI features, powered by our new Google Tensor G5 processor.

Pixel Watch 4: Redesigned For enhanced Utility
The new Pixel Watch 4 arrives with some notable tweaks—though they might seem subtle at first glance. Google has reworked the sensor layout on the back for improved accuracy and has shifted the charging contacts to the watch’s left side. This update not only allows for faster charging but also makes repairs more straightforward.
A standout feature is the user-replaceable back: simply unscrew beneath the band connector to swap out the battery or display—an upgrade in repairability over previous models.
The Pixel Watch 4 ships with Material 3 Expressive and boasts bigger batteries, offering up to 30 hours on the 41mm model and 40 hours on the 45mm version. Charging is also 25% quicker than last generation’s watch. Enhanced with AI-backed activity recognition and a personalized health coach, the device syncs with the freshly redesigned Fitbit app, set for release in October.

Pixel Buds 2a: Compact, Lightweight, and Smarter Than Ever
Wrapping up the lineup, Google’s new Pixel Buds 2a claim the title of the smallest and lightest earbuds ever made in the a-series. Although it’s only the second entry in this lineup, the improvements are still worth noting.
The latest generation delivers a solid upgrade in battery life: you can expect up to 7 hours of listening with active noise cancellation enabled, and up to 20 hours when factoring in the charging case. Another significant update is the introduction of hands-free Gemini integration, which is coming to the Pixel Buds 2a as part of a software update scheduled for September.
